In Your Words

Monica Trif

birds dance in flames
and the sky opens its arms-
happiness and love

wind with love and life
comes to me with every night
from eternity

under the blue sky
our dreams will fly and fly
to the good, old times

far, beyond the seas
I can hear the waves so pleased-
song of long ago

the pensive banks
all over forget-me-nots -
a bird on a twig

melancholy
a door closed by the wind
I, always alone

a violin
plays the song of the spring
as snowdrops rise

sound of the flute
far, on his grave-
chrysanthemums

wistful chords
at the corner just two beggars
with me in the rain

what a craziness!
the blind are looking for the light
in the eternal night
